Damien Douchet is a French American professional specialized in business development, performance improvement, and turnarounds for French and US SMEs.

 

Since 2019, he has helped companies plan their US implementation, driven turnarounds, and led carve-outs. For more than 20 years, he has held CEO positions for manufacturing and services firms. One of his most significant accomplishments has been to build the US subsidiary of H2O at Home, Inc., a French-based consumer goods company, from the ground up.

 

Damien began his career in the Manufacturing Goods industry 30 years ago, working first at large global firms, US Tyco International and Swedish SCA Hygiene Products, and then as an entrepreneur to launch startups and lead turnarounds for underperforming businesses.

In 1992, Damien earned his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from HEI (Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieurs) in Lille, France, and completed his education after 10 years of professional experience by earning an Executive MBA at HEC – C.P.A in Lille. He also served as the President of the C.P.A–MBA Alumni association for Northern France for three years.

 

More recently, Damien completed a course in Private Equity at the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia and a Certificate in Circular Economy from the University of Delft.
